BIGGEST CHALLENGES AS A WORKING MOM:
Doing my best at work, putting in the appropriate amount of hours to do my job well at the same time making sure I am home and present in the eyes of my children.
TIME SAVING TIP FOR WORKING MOMS:
Prepare meals and outfits ahead of time. Gives you the flexibility to be running late on difficult mornings and serve a somewhat balanced meal in between school, homework, activities and carpool.
ANY WORKING MOM GUILT?
I deal with my working mom guilt by spoiling my children. This may not be the best approach, but it is honestly how I make up for my lost time with them when I’m traveling, working and on nighttime conference calls.
CAN YOU HAVE IT ALL?
Yes! I have an amazing, rewarding job, wonderful kids, supportive family, lots of longtime friends and a loving fiancé. While sometimes in the moment I forget that, when I’m asked to write about it, I realize how lucky I am.
